Do you ship worldwide?

Yes, we do ship worldwide. International orders outside of the USA and Canada usually take 3-7 weeks to arrive.

International orders usually make it through customs without issue. On rare occasions, your package is seized at customs. We will reship you out another order. And the second shipment should make it.

What is your refund policy?

If you have any issues with your order, please contact us, and we will do what we can to make it right. Our spore syringes and prints are guaranteed 100% viable and contamination-free for 30 days. We will replace any unviable order free of charge. Or we can issue a refund.

Why did I get more than I ordered?

At Cubensis Spores, we value our customers. From time to time, we will send out free syringes with your order. or other swag, just our way of saying thank and hey, who doesn’t love getting free stuff, right?

Is the shipping discreet?

Shipping is very discreet. Spore prints are shipped in a standard letter envelope and appear just like any other letter.

Syringes are shipped in a plain bubble envelope and labeled on the customs label as “microscopy kit.”
